Pearl Harbor movie site decided to partner with MB's site and bring you the
following news:
Recently, Tina Kerr, the Extras Casting Director for "Pearl Harbor" has asked
Cinemenium's Pearl Harbor movie site to post up the casting calls scheduled
for the L.A. areas and mention that they are accepting mailed submissions
for the Texas/Mexico areas. They'll also be scheduling open casting calls
in Houston, Corpus Christi, Tx, San Diego, CA & Tijuana, Mexico within
the next month or so, but wanted to get a headstart on the casting process
by getting the word out and having people mail them their photos.
Here's the info for the L.A. casting calls:

Some specific types we are seeking in the LA area include: cross-eyed women, amputees, doctors, nurses, Japanese men, swing dancers (East Coast), swing bands, heavy set men, military personnel (pilots, sailors, kitchen staff, MP's, etc.), Hawaiians, Samoans, character faces, and much more.

For MEXICO, we will be filming from June 10th - June 22nd. We are seeking caucasian males age 18 - 65 with military/weapons training and lifeguard/scuba/swimming experience. Everyone in Mexico MUST be able to swim! In order to be considered for work in Mexico, extras must either live in Mexico (Baja) or be willing to travel themselves back and forth from home each day. For HOUSTON, TX we will be filming from July 20th - July 25th. We are seeking Caucasian Men age 18 - 65 as Military Personnel (Sailors, Marines, Pilots, Gunners, Kitchen Workers, Army Officers). All extras MUST have some past or present military/weapons experience. Photos can be mailed to the above address - ATTN: HOUSTON EXTRAS
For CORPUS CHRISTI, TX we will be filming from July 26th - August 3rd. We are seeking Japanese Men all ages, and Caucasian Men age 18 - 65 as Military Personnel (Sailors, Marines, Gunners, Navigators, Army/Navy Officers, Flagmen, Chaplains, Bridge Staff, Mechanics). All extras MUST have past or present military/weapons training. Lifeguard/Scuba/Swimming experience is helpful but not required. All extras will be paid. The non-union pay rate is $46.00 for 8 hours with time and 1/2 after 8. The SAG (union) pay rate is $95.00 for 8 hours with time and 1/2 after 8. These rates could increase for extras with special abilities. All meals will be provided.
